New function to perform user redistribution. Config is now redistributed by Main. Minor improvements in MaM and simplifications in SAM.

Code still must be tested. Added new communication stages IP2P+Wait. Added 3 different ways of capturing times + new configuration file variable (Capture_Method). Some refactors in results.c and configuration.c.

Modified function to save iteration data. Now it saves median of times between processes for each iteration. Fixed a bug where stage times where not saved correctly

Modificando recogida de tiempos. WIP. Se va a realizar un traslado del proyecto a GitLab del grupo HPC&A

Ya no es necesario el uso de Slurm para las ejecuciones. Ademas se continua refactor de configuracion. WIP

Cambio en recogida de tiempo de iteracion, ahora se recoge el maximo entre todos los procesos. Hotfix en CheckRun. Se han anyadido comentarios para quitar uso de Slurm
