Now redistributions always use Intracomms. Intercomms can be used still. Commented barriers in manager.

Simplified function for preparing data redistribution. New feature for intercomms where they communicate using intracomms when redistributing data. Other minor changes.

CreateIterDataframe 3 changes. 1- Added column to indicate number of parents if any an minor related tweaks. 2- Stages is now stored as a list to simplify analysis. 3- Asynch columns data now stores information of the group being created as a tuple. Malltimes bugfix for typo.

Minor bugfix in joinDf which appeared if called multiple times with the same df. Minor changes in MallTimes and CreateResizeDataframe.

Minor bugfix when a node has some cores in use but not all and they will stay after a reconfiguration.

Minor fixes. One script was not being called with all needed arguments. The time limit was not being calculated according to the number of missing executions.
